Dallas Contracting Co., Inc. announces the promotion of Damon Kozul, PE, CHMM to Operations Manager

South Plainfield, New Jersey, August 16, 2004 – Dallas Contracting Co., Inc., a specialized contractor providing demolition, wrecking, dismantlement, onsite concrete crushing, scrap metal recycling and used/surplus equipment sales to the various industries, announces the promotion of Damon Kozul, PE, CHMM to Operations Manager of its South Plainfield, New Jersey headquarters.

Mr. Damon Kozul, PE, CHMM has more than 13 years of experience in the engineering, demolition and dismantlement industries. He commenced his career as a construction engineer performing environmental remediation, design of ground water treatment systems, and overseeing demolition projects. Subsequently, he entered the demolition and dismantlement field performing large multi-million dollar projects which included selective dismantlement of equipment, total plant demolition, salvage and resale of used and surplus equipment and decontamination of facilities. The clients Mr. Kozul provided these services to were typically Fortune 500 companies. While performing several of these projects, Mr. Kozul established a subcontracting relationship with Dallas Contracting Co., Inc. Mr. Kozul then joined Dallas Contracting Co., Inc. in January of 2004. Mr. Kozul initially was a project manager and assisted the company with their Corporate Health & Safety Program. Mr. Kozul has a Bachelors Degree in Engineering from Rutgers University: the College of Engineering. He is also a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of New Jersey, a Certified Hazardous Materials Manager, he is licensed to provide Closure and Subsurface Evaluation services under the Underground Storage Tank Certification program in New Jersey and is a member of the National Society of Professional Engineers.

As Operations Manager, Mr. Damon Kozul, PE, CHMM is responsible for many of the day to day operations of Dallas Contracting Co., Inc. He oversees accounts payable and receivable, payroll, safety and loss control, estimating, budgeting, client management, engineering and demolition operations. Mr. Kozul will also take over the investment recovery and asset recovery services department. In this capacity, Mr. Kozul will work with clients to offset their demolition and dismantlement costs through the sale of surplus and used equipment, obsolete equipment and inventory. Mr. Kozul will report directly to John M. Sisto, Jr., President and Donald E. Sisto, Vice President of Dallas Contracting Co., Inc.
